One platform. Fifteen voices. A house of brands where each name keeps its own identity, its own customers, and its own craft — backed by shared scale.
Before we wrote a word of this
You said the strongest responses would go beyond answering what you asked. So before proposing anything, we read every live property in the portfolio — 16 brands plus the corporate hub, running across 11 distinct platform configurations — parsing stylesheets and decoding logo artwork to establish what each brand actually owns. Everything below is verifiable from the public web today.
4
stacks running in parallel
ASP.NET on a shared Airxcel template, WordPress with Divi, WordPress with Elementor, and HubSpot landing pages — plus a WooCommerce storefront in Europe. Five ways to publish a product page.
1
template doing most of the work
The ASP.NET sites already share a stylesheet — on two brands it is byte-for-byte identical. Brand differentiation lives in a 4–8 KB override file and a logo. You have been running a design system by accident; it just has no tokens and no governance.
3
brands whose colour never reaches the page
Maxxair’s red and navy exist only in its logo — its stylesheets contain neither. MCD’s red is likewise logo-only, and its main call-to-action still renders in the stock template’s default blue. Cleer Vision declares one custom colour and references it zero times.
#0066A4
a template default posing as a brand colour
This blue appears in the CSS of several brands that do not own it — it is template chrome, genuinely Aqua-Hot’s and nobody else’s. Any rebuild that samples colours from the current sites rather than the source artwork will get several brands wrong.
3
brands with no real site at all
Solace, Forma, and Synergy Designs are single HubSpot landing pages — no navigation, no catalogue. Solace’s page inherits Aqua-Hot’s red from a shared template. Synergy has no domain, and its headline currently misspells the company name.
1
domain that no longer resolves
CAN’s Italian domain is fully dead — not down, unregistered. The brand now lives inside airxcel.eu, the only property in the portfolio processing real transactions. It is the architectural outlier in any consolidation plan.
None of this is a criticism of your team — it is the completely normal result of a portfolio growing up across several platforms and several acquisitions, with no shared system underneath. But it does sharpen the brief. The work is not really “rebuild fifteen websites.” It is establish the system your estate has been improvising for years — and give each brand back the identity it already owns on paper but cannot express on the page.
Our approach
You don’t draw an elephant by starting in one corner and inking your way around the outline. You pencil the structure first — ovals, cylinders, rough proportions that are cheap to adjust. Then you ink the lines you want to keep.
Projects go wrong when those get reversed — when teams commit polish, budget, and hard integration work to structures nobody has tested yet. A platform of this scope begins with real uncertainty, and pretending otherwise in a proposal doesn’t make it go away.
So we de-risk in pencil: rough, working drafts delivered within weeks, cheap to change, shaped together with your team. Not mockups — working systems. An early Coleman-Mach prototype is the pencil sketch of the entire platform. You see and click the multi-brand answer before major budget is committed to it.
This site is that method, applied to a proposal. Rather than describe a design system and a partner portal, we built enough of both for you to click.
The central technical question
How does one platform hold every Airxcel identity without becoming either seventeen snowflake builds or one beige template? Here is the answer, running. Every frame below is the same component library — the same navigation, hero, and product card. Only the design tokens change.
The colours are yours, not ours. We read every live property in your portfolio — parsing each stylesheet and decoding each logo pixel by pixel — and themed each brand from what we actually found. Where a brand has no colour to find, we say so.

Design tokens
high confidenceTeal is the whole identity: the nav bar is set to #008375 in main.css and the logo decodes to #008776 — the same colour a shade apart. No darker teal exists anywhere on the property, so the deep value is derived. The flowing script wordmark is the only cursive logotype in the portfolio.
Zero component code changes between brands — everything above is token values. That is what makes a flagship build a template rather than a one-off, and why brand sites two through seventeen become activations instead of projects. On the count: your RFP describes 17 companies, requests “all 15 brand sites,” and lists 14 live sites. Reconciling that is one of the first questions we would bring to discovery.
Working demonstration
We loaded real Coleman-Mach and Maxxair products — every spec, model number and document link read from your live sites — into a single searchable catalogue with filters and cross-brand comparison. None of that is possible on your sites today.
Building it surfaced something worth knowing early: Coleman-Mach publishes no BTU rating anywhere, yet your RFP asks for a configurator that selects units by BTU need. The tool depends on data that does not exist publicly yet.
Open the product searchFaceted, cross-brand search
Filter by brand, category, channel, or any spec value — and search part numbers directly. Today neither site has any filtering at all.
Comparison built in
Select up to three products across brands and compare specs side by side, with gaps shown honestly as gaps.
Structured data by default
Every product page emits Product schema — specs as properties, part numbers as models. Your pages currently emit none, and declare og:type “website” rather than “product”.
Documents attached to products
Manuals and parts lists surface on the product itself, rather than in a separate library site that has drifted out of sync with the catalogue.
Working demonstration
Your dealers, OEMs, and mobile techs are professionals on the clock. The portal we’d build has one design principle: the right document, three clicks or fewer, from a phone in a customer’s driveway.
Sign in as an OEM partner, a dealer, a mobile technician, or an Airxcel administrator, and watch the same library change shape around each role — including the download reporting your team would use to see what partners actually pull.
Open the portal demoTiered access
Four roles, one content model — assets appear, gate, or disappear entirely based on who is looking.
Search the way techs think
Keyword across titles and metadata, filtered by brand, content type, and category.
Download logging
Every download recorded, surfaced to administrators as reporting — one of your stated success signals.
The platform, gated
Same design system, same content model as the public sites. A service bulletin is one object rendered three ways.
What we’d deliver
You named the challenge yourselves — knowing where to start and what moves fastest. Our first deliverable is a sequence you can defend to every brand manager in the building, with the reasoning shown.
A flagship that does double duty: the best digital experience in the RV component industry, and the tested design system that lets the next fourteen brands activate in a fraction of the time.
Structured data, schema, and a content model designed to be cited by answer engines and ranked by search engines — built in from the content model up, not bolted on before launch.
Product and support content architected so consumers, OEMs, and technicians find the answer themselves — measured, as you asked, in fewer customer service requests.
Brand managers edit their own sites; your website manager runs day-to-day without waiting on us. We measure our CMS decisions by how rarely you need to call us.
Fast, intuitive, properly tiered — serving roughly 1,500 partner organisations without anyone emailing for an asset. There is a working demonstration of it on this site.
